This research project seeks to understand the historical landscape of water and energy infrastructure in Bengaluru. This website presents some of our outputs including maps and timelines. The central map shows how the urban extent has changed over the last long century. The water and energy timelines include key events that have shaped the energy and water infrastructure of Bengaluru. You can also find some historical maps of Bengaluru.
